| The essence, art and direction of Kong is the brainchild, blood, sweat, and tears of me, Rob McPhaden. At this time I am unable to perform on the music scene due to pressing family obligations. Therefore, the band Kong does not exist in any active form at this time. I would like to thank all the musicians who have played in Kong over the years and wishes them well in all of their endeavors. In the future if I am ever able to bring Kong back to life it will likely take the form of a fun hard rock/metal band that plays gigs less often on a low pressure scale. For now, however, there are no concrete plans to do anything except take care of my beloved family and live some life for a change! |
